I've been banking with WF for at least It's a bank, so not sure how much a "review" is worth. Had a decent experience opening a new account with my wife when we moved to Easton. The male banker that eventually helped us set up the account was very warm and professional, giving us a lay of the land including restaurants we could check out. However, while my wife and I waited for our appointed no one in the bank once asked us if we needed assistance after standing there about 15 min. It was not until I made it a point to be very conspicuous by standing right outside the glass door of the same banker while he attended to another client, then a female banker, who had seen us way before, told us we could not sit there. After that the experience got better.

Needed a notary and Solmaria was very kind and patient with us. We had a lot of documents to sign and she made everything easy. Recently opened an online checking account and only good things to say about this bank. It's a really nice building also with nice comfortable furniture.

Well Fargo is making it hard to do small changes in your account. You need an appointment. I could see a loan or a mortgage but not for 5 minutes of work. I wonder ? who's the genius behind this arrangement. They won't last a week in my company. Customer is always first even we loose $

The staff here is very friendly and helpful. I had some issues with a withdrawal and my PIN number. They helped me with everything and even made a complaint to Wells Fargo for me.

Well you sit in drive-through for 20 minutes before the teller even gets to youthey need to open the bank so people can come in it goes quicker inside furthermore the bank needs to be open past 5 people work or you have to speed to the bank ? before it closes teller's are slow

Im so ready to close my account and go else where. My account has been messed up for a month now. They keep taking monthly fees out two in April already, They've taking money out and can't explain to me where its gone too.

I needed a temporary debit card because there was someone using mine fraudulently. I sat in the waiting area for almost an hour and not one banker helped or acknowledged I was there. Terrible!!!

Do not go on a Saturday morning! They open at 9 three employees walked it at 930-945. Very slow if you need to speak to someone about a new account, ordering checks, bank card, ect.
