Dan Z , at the Ebensburg store was wonderful! He happily helped me with my problem. I wanted to give him a tip for being so nice, but he refused. There are still good people around, and he is one of them!

Went into the store. Wasn’t greeted, wasn’t asked if I needed help. Walk over to the register. Two people standing there. They said they didn’t know if their register was working or not. They then said it was and asked how I would be paying cash or card. I said I can pay either. The one looked at me and goes excuse me? And I said I can pay cash or card whichever is easier for you. And he just says “card” not “thanks for your consideration”. Neither one said have a good day. Maybe Advance Auto across the street has better customer service.

Austin is a great employee at your store! I needed a headlight, he helped me find the right one for my car. He even put it in for me and made sure it was working correctly. His customer service was amazing. I really appreciated his help!

Ebensburg #04668 ...employee Austin was an angel to service. He picked out the best windshield wipers for me with the upmost customer service * polite, smiling and not taking advantage of my lack of car knowledge * not only did he put on my new blades, he checked my windshield fluid and radiator fluid. He filled them up for me. I offered him a gratitude, he would not accept. Thank you Austin for your service on my car, I truly feel safer❣️

The gentleman there, I believe his name was Austin was amazing. It was below zero out with the windchill and he insisted on changing out my wiper blades for me and also would not accept a tip, since (and I did not know) they are not allowed to accept. An outstanding worker, which we need many many more like these days. He takes pride in what he does. Great Job!!

Gotta give it to these guys, Ryan Murphy and Austin. Appreciate it gentleman. We decided to go to Idlewild when my thermos code flared up and while getting gas. They walked over and looked at it the part and helped me find the right part.

Ryan was so helpful with fixing my car, my spark plugs went out and he was such a blessing on this earth To be able to fix it and get me back on the road to Baltimore. Can’t thank Ryan enough this man needs his own shop!

Wonderful experience with my recent battery purchase! Austin S provided EXCELLENT customer service, and went above and beyond what was expected to get the new battery installed. The battery is in a terrible location and required more effort than what is typical to replace. Thanks Austin for all your help!

On Sunday, 5/26, Wyatt R (unsure of last initial he was too busy helping me for me to read his tag!), was an absolute sweetheart. I am so beyond appreciative of him helping me, an independent girl trying to ziptie something back to my car (?), fix a problem I was unable to. He took pictures to show me what he was doing, was literally under my car, and willing to talk me through the entire process. I had little to no idea what I was doing (minus some hope i guess), and he even let me borrow his charger for my dying phone. It was an emergency and I went in at about 7:30, he assisted me until about 8:05 with no complaints. He cracked jokes and was a very friendly guy. Again, so grateful. Thank you Wyatt at Ebensburg Autozone. Give this man some recognition please, he deserves it.
