Everything that can be reasonably expected will be found here: from welding rods and brass fittings to doorknobs and tubes of caulking, or perhaps you want to grab a few bags of concrete and a pack of rivets? If you're trying to be constructive today, the Long Barn is the place to stock up.2) Price. Not every number will be under Home Depot's, but most often it will hit right around that standard on average. Usually it's close enough overall that I keep finding it worthwhile to shop here. On some things it'll even be substantially lower. Not always though; remember, you do have to expect to pay a little bit for any convenience. Some tools and products will still be cheaper online.1) Help/service. As a local do-it-yourselfer, I find myself in constant need of assistance. I'm what you might call a 'professional homeowner,' since I try to build or fix everything—obsessively.
