The doors were open and the lights were on but not an employee in sight to ring me up, so I just drove next door to Walmart to buy Zicam. It's a good thing I did because Walmart had it $10.98 instead of Rite Aid's price of $15.49!!

Complete nonsense. While standing in an otherwise empty store (during the middle of the day), after already having called in my prescription in advance, I was told that there would be a 45-minute wait to have it filled. The excuse I received was some sort of very technical-sounding obfuscation surrounding a lunch break.Perhaps I fail to understand the nuance involved; filling up a bottle with a predetermined quantity of a corporate-labeled compound probably does have its complications. But it seems to this layperson as though there's some efficiency remaining to be had here.As for the retail portion of your Pharmacy, let's be honest about just what Rite-Aid is: it makes its living as nothing more than a parasitic exploitation of the elderly. Everything in store is overpriced by one-third and then marked down by ten percent, effectively extorting through confusion its (mostly senior) captive consumer base. This is of course not to mention the fact that shelves here are lined with non-scientific marketing claims: Rite Aid would still sell Snake Oil if the public had become convinced a rub would add to 'wellness.'Rite-Aid has contrived to keep you shopping, and I won't stand the continued time loss. It's dirty business practice. Staff your store better. In the meantime, I'll find a competitor. PR, spare me the 'misunderstanding' routine; it's clear as a bell that the standard long waits are now both deliberate & excessive. So instead, I'm choosing to wake up choking again tonight, without my medicine.Shame on your company. 'Wellness' may be your marketed brand, but the product is supposed to be health—and your company should take that more seriously.

Store staff are nice. On the pharmacy side you better hope you get the pharmacist lady with black hair cause the guy with the glasses is rude and has no time for you. There is another lady that will help you she has glasses and she is great as well but everyone else seems like a bunch of kids that got better things to do. I gave it five stars cause i go in early when the good ones are there.

There is a woman who works at this Rite Aid named Paula. She is the most miserable nasty Rite Aid employee I have ever dealt with. On several occasions she has swore at me and was the nastiest person I have ever dealt with. When I talked to her last time I told her I was going to call the store manager and complain. She looked at me and said nastily that the manager wouldn't care and she would be on "her" side. Absolutely terrible. I highly recommend not patronizing this store at all cost.

Prescriptions are usually ready fairly quickly. I like to look at their makeup and hair care products. Store is always clean and organized.

Average Rite Aid, plenty of parking and quick service. Nice location right off of 22.

The pharmacist was nice, but that didn't help the fact that there was no Nexafed or Sudafed in the store. Picked up a prescription for my wife here yesterday. Don't know if it was Rite-Aid's fault, but it was really super expensive even with insurance. It's also a hassle to get in and out of here unless you are turning tight. Store is clean and has lots of miscellaneous stuff besides health aids.
