Has to mail a package with a return label, refused and said they couldn’t help with this. They wouldn’t help with the online or even the size and weight of the box, not sure what they are even there for if you can’t get a return labeled!

I have scheduled a notary service on several occasions, received confirmation email, arrived at the store to be told that there was no notary present for the day. The staff had no explanation of how I was able to schedule when there was no notary to be there that day. This seems like a pretty simple fix to not allow this service to be scheduled unless an actual notary is present at the time slot that is open online. Or call to inform the customer of the error in advance rather than no helpful explanation upon arrival. This is extremely frustrating and inconvenient and I would not recommend notary services at this facility.

I went to get something notarized and the notary had left for the day. They told me to come back tomorrow, and when I said I’d be out of town, they wouldn’t tell me the next availability. The kid at the desk said “We don’t make our employees schedules public.” The least they could do is share the notary’s work schedule since they’re advertising on the window that they have a notary. Go to Dreammachines down the street instead if you need something notarized - she is there all day.

Paid $70+ to send a package to Oregon, it got sent halfway and then got sent back. They refused to issue me a refund, and told me to pay again because they attempted to send it. Attempting isn’t good enough, when you are paid to do your job, you do it. They said there was nothing wrong with the package, or the way I packed it. So the mistake was entirely on their end. Legit scam. Stay away.
