I went to get something notarized and the notary had left for the day. They told me to come back tomorrow, and when I said I’d be out of town, they wouldn’t tell me the next availability. The kid at the desk said “We don’t make our employees schedules public.” The least they could do is share the notary’s work schedule since they’re advertising on the window that they have a notary. Go to Dreammachines down the street instead if you need something notarized - she is there all day.

Paid $70+ to send a package to Oregon, it got sent halfway and then got sent back. They refused to issue me a refund, and told me to pay again because they attempted to send it. Attempting isn’t good enough, when you are paid to do your job, you do it. They said there was nothing wrong with the package, or the way I packed it. So the mistake was entirely on their end. Legit scam. Stay away.

I had never used the UPS store services before But I needed to return a package to amazon. I admit that after reading the older reviews I was expecting a long and difficult adventure. I left work an hour early just to make certain I was there in plenty of time. The first thing I noticed is that the store is located in a strip mall with a large parking area. I got into the store it was clean and tidy. There were 2 service people helping customers and I was in line behind them. Another employee came to the waiting area and offered to help me. He was friendly, helpful, and professional. I explained that I wasn't certain what to do and gave him my box and a copy of the scan code that amazon provided for me. He took care of my box expeditiously and I was in and out in minutes. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant customer experience! I most definitely recommend the Ebensburg UPS Store to anyone who needs to send packages. I will be a returning customer.

Piece of cake. Visited store to return some comcast equipment. Zach was fast and efficient. Store was clean and very tidy. Great experience. Went to this location because my local UPS Store doesn't open till 3PM

Excellent customer service & great hours as I usually drop off Amazon returns at this location about once a month. Their location is right off the highway, very easy to find. I've also used their Notary services. They were very nice and professional giving me much needed information. They offer a few mailing necessities also like envelopes, staplers & tape at a very good price. Thank you!

Had to send items back to amazon that were originally lost by usps. Long story short got 2 of each. Simple took to ups they scanned scan bar supplied took both items gave receipt. Didn't need package/box. Pay nothing. Done 2-3 minutes tops. Very nice people.

I live out of state and recently needed to have something done in PA. I called this UPS store and they were nice and super helpful. They had everything done and sent back within an hour. Forever grateful!!!

I took 2 packages to be returned to amazon on 3/18. I tracked them today because amazon hasn't received them and now they are mysteriously lost. after I took them to their store they are now lost! when I called customer service, I called the guy a snarky jerk(he was definitely being one) to be warned that bad language isn't tolerated. when I asked what bad word I used, he would just say that I know. No because snarky and j*** are not bad words. now I'm out my return because t
