I had a fantastic experience at the AT&T store thanks to Andrew. He’s incredibly knowledgeable about all the products and services, and he made sure I fully understood my options before making any decisions. Whether it was choosing the right plan, or going over different upgrade options, he explained everything clearly and never made me feel rushed. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping customers. If you’re heading to this location, ask for Andrew!

We went to this location because we had a bad experience at another location.
From the minute we walked in the door, a worker named Nathan made us feel like we were at the right place. Nathan did an absolutely amazing job helping us. He was very knowledgeable, acknowledged us the second we walked in the door, helped all of the customers there at once all by himself, and still managed to make us feel like we were the only customers he was helping. I wish ALL AT&T locations had a Nathan at them! He is definitely the best employee AT&T has. Please ask for Nathan when you go there.
We bought a new samsung s25 ultra.

Had a problem at Best Buy. Nathan was very courteous and listened to our concerns and got them resolved immediately. He got my bill resolved quickly and promptly. Thank you guys!!!

Lady at the store was super cool and helpful
She was quick and tradein process was completed in less than 5-10 mins.

Price changed from $65 month to $155 I was lied to at this location I will be reporting this as fraud as I am 66 and taken advantage of at this location.

Went to the store at 5-5:30 and the the lights were off. Saw somebody hiding inside the store and then turn the lights off and go in the back. I get you may not get a ton of business but this is unprofessional.

I am at the Crum Lynn store. Says open at 10 am. A guy is sitting in the store the door is locked. Lights off. A line outside…. He will not acknowledge any of us!! It’s 11:51.

2 days in a row I pulled up to the store between 5 & 5:30pm they were “closed” due to recent activity (closed by local authorities) but there were still workers inside. Went to a different AT&T and they said that, that was weird, they said that they wouldn’t have closed the store by 5:30pm.

I just received a text for a survey, regarding my transaction @ ATT store on 6/24/23 @6pm.Mike helped me with my transaction & I feel he went above and beyond to help me!On the survey I hit the wrong key stating I was very dissatisfied which is incorrect. I was 100% satisfied!Now for my ATT bill that is a whole different story. Which has nothing to do with my service at the store.

They close at least 51 minutes before the posted hours. 0/10, do not recommend. At least have the decency to post a notice on the door. Came ready to buy a phone outright, losers.
