Today is June 16th 2025. I'm in the front of the Rainbow store in Eddystone and they are closed at 6:45 pm. I see a gentleman walking around and someone vacuuming website says open until 9 so why are they closed so early and not answering the phone???

Absolutely poor customer service from this store. I've been to many stores and definitely wouldn't recommend this one to anyone. Tried to get an exchange for some items and just got attitude and rude comments from the staff, including laughter as I left the store. This was the first and definitely will be the last time I will ever be at this store. Whatever exchange policy they have is a thief's policy...So to save you a lot of time and shop elsewhere, if you lose your receipt, even if you have your proof of purchase from your bank with all the tags on the items, your money is as good as gone, might as well as trash the items as you won't use them either! Store has no air conditioning, and very cluttered. I always write great reviews and give good credit, so am so disappointed to have written this one.
Update: Thank you for the apology, however, I'll not be returning to this store again.

Its ok for quick need something like tee shirt type of thing but very friendly employees which makes your experience great not alot of items for older ppl to pick from

Among many other other places in this state. Can you please update the times you open and close. Follow ppl like me not from here. It definitely says open at 10:00am -6:00pm everyday which is definitely not accurate.

Customer service skills in this location are in desperate need of help. No professional service at all. The attitude of the staff are terrible. They don’t greet people walking in, they don’t ask if they are finding everything okay. I feel sorry for them. I do. I would never treat a customer the way they treat people.

The prices are OK but the weirdest & most inconvenient thing was their dressing rooms are still not open... Nobody's even wearing masks anymore!!! So you have to buy & take home items your not sure are going to fit... & you must return whatever doesn't with a receipt in 7 days... I guess that could be a way to get customers back in the store.. & the workers don't have to return items left in their dressing rooms.. Major inconvenience for their customers.. So even with my busy schedule I got the bag in my car ready to return items.. The count down is on!!!!! I'm definitely NOT going to buy anything after this return!!!! Thanks
