Customer service skills in this location are in desperate need of help. No professional service at all. The attitude of the staff are terrible. They don’t greet people walking in, they don’t ask if they are finding everything okay. I feel sorry for them. I do. I would never treat a customer the way they treat people.

The prices are OK but the weirdest & most inconvenient thing was their dressing rooms are still not open... Nobody's even wearing masks anymore!!! So you have to buy & take home items your not sure are going to fit... & you must return whatever doesn't with a receipt in 7 days... I guess that could be a way to get customers back in the store.. & the workers don't have to return items left in their dressing rooms.. Major inconvenience for their customers.. So even with my busy schedule I got the bag in my car ready to return items.. The count down is on!!!!! I'm definitely NOT going to buy anything after this return!!!! Thanks

They have a great selection of options. Staff was friendly and helpful. When I came to do a return the woman at the register was very nice and helpful even though she didn’t have enough cash to complete my return.

Worst shopping experience I’ve had in a while. As soon as I walked in, I was met with the manager’s daughter eating McDonald’s French fries in my face, without a mask mind you. As I’m shopping, I heard another store clerk talking and she didn’t have a mask on. She started eating her McDonald’s meal at the register in front of customers while carrying on a conversation (about how much she wanted to leave that day) with the cashier checking people out.So when I went to check out, everything was fine until we got to my last item. It didn’t have a tag but I got it from the clearance section, either the $5 or $7 rack. Instead of asking me, the clerk decided to charge me for a similar looking shirt that cost $20. If she would have asked, I would have told her it was a clearance item, but due to her unprofessional behavior I was charged extra. The store overall is disorganized and I find it disturbing that the cashiers don’t have to wear masks during this pandemic. I love Rainbow and have been to many locations in several states but I think I’ll consider shopping online only now if this is how the in-store clerks behave. Would’ve gave 0 stars if I had the option.
