I used this area yesterday. It was a horrible, inconsiderate and unless experience. I arrived at 1:50 and no one was on location to assist. I waited outside in the cold and windy day until 3:00. Called customer service and spoken to over 4 people. No one could help. The property states that it closes at 7:00 p.m. But yet they was no one insite to assist. I am an older person and to have this experience is unforgivable. I plus 8/9 other people was outside waiting for someone to show up to open the store. Plus when I went to pick up the Uhaul the person behind the counter was on their cellphone. He attempted to wait on me and still have a conversation with whomever he was speaking to. I had to ask him to stop talking on his cell phone and complete my reservation. I should have known better because the day I arrived to make my original reservation, there were 3 gentlemen behind the counter and they were all using cellphones. Horrible customer service in person and on the phone. NEVER EVER waste your time and money using this site. Plus in order to return my Uhaul you are forced to use their app and you are charged to use the app because no person was available on site to accept my return. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. I will tell my friends to never use this site. Horrible experience.

When I picked up the cargo van, while the woman was pleasant and the pick up process quick, as I went to drive off the lot the van had all kinds of sensors on; the right tire needed air, the traction and stabilitrak sensor said off, the brake system service notification was lit and the truck making so many noises. I went in to tell the woman and she said it was okay, that it was just the seasons. I was in a rush and on a time restraint so I drove off the lot but I can’t say I wasn’t nervous.I have pictures of all of the sensor notifications that popped up or stayed on the entire time I had the van, which was between 3p and 7:30ish.Now it’s been 24 hours since I returned the van and I haven’t received a final receipt. I called the store 3 times in an attempt to request the updated receipt. The first time it was answered I was placed on hold and no one came back, I hung up after 15mins. The second time it was answered and I requested that I be sent the receipt the gentleman, with a strong accent, told me that the manager wasn’t there and that he’d be in contact. He never asked my name or number and when I pointed that out he hung up the phone on me. The third time it was answered, another gentleman with less of an accent picked up, I explained that I was hung up on and why I was calling, he apologized and took my name and number but I’ve yet to be contacted back and still don’t have the final receipt.I don’t find your trucks to be properly maintained or checked prior to be rented out and I find that your employees simply put just don’t care.

I would go anywhere but here they charged me for gas when I filled the truck I have photos proof but the problem seems to be getting someone who can handle this situation.

This is the one on Haverford Ave and West Chester Pike. The last time I was in there, it was very professional people working. I will never go back to this one again even though it's close to me. The African guy who was working was talking on his phone while waiting on a guy in front of me. I couldn't get a receipt because he said they didn't have any paper. You have to be kidding me. What kind of business are they running . This is unacceptable for a public service. I hope this behavior isn't swept under the rug. This site needs help. Maybe new management is in order.

“Double booked” my pick up, and the trailer I had reserved was “not working”. When the lady said “I don’t know who reserved the trailer, it’s broken” I reminded her it was her that booked it, not even 24 hours earlier when I was face to face with her. So either they’re lying, or insanely incompetent, either way not worth the money or headache next time. Trash store

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!DO NOT RENT A TRUCK FROM PANTRY 1 THEY RESERVE AND THEN DON'T HAVE THE TRUCK WHEN YOU GO TO PICK UP.Would have given 0 star's if I could have.

Good for giving you're truck away that's sitting right in front of you because you were late and telling you they have nothing else the 10 minutes later tell you a truck is ready saying ok the 1 you originally had held is the 1 they end up giving it to you anyway so I guess they were breaking my stones or no one came for it after they gave it away. Ha go figure. Either way I got done what I needed

U-Haul has been around for years they have every vehicle in different sizes I came here to get a truck I had no problems the service was great and fast the staff was friendly and very helpful

I just went up to U-Haul to get some propane. I was told they stopped pumping the propane for the day. There was no reason why, and there were plenty of people there to do it. There was one person working on a truck, while another employee was standing there watching the other employee. So I recommend that anybody who needs propane after 3 PM, actually like after 2;30 pm, go elsewhere for your propane. I don't think they're interested in your business. What do you think?
