A gem in its beautiful new setting, Edinboro Market is not to be missed. Don’t sleep on the café May menu, which offers gluten-free and vegan options. We tried the Tuscan soup, fattoush salad, gf falafel, and Gyro pita—all delicious! Their quiche is amazing, can’t wait to try this month’s lion’s mane variety.
