Flagship sells quality fresh fireworks that are packaged and stored correctly. I placed my first order for thousands worth and had zero issues with any of them. Freight was resonable. Ben with Flagship is exceptional and very easy to work. Overall I’m very happy and will continue to use Ben for my orders.
