Pretty regular type of cricket store. Not too busy, it was afternoon, and for my issue they were able to provide advice and resolution. So cannot complain. Parking lot gets a little full but people don't stay there long so that's a plus.

I just got a new phone with a new phone plan at the Edwardsville location.
The service was excellent the sales rep was very nice,kind and helpful.
I would highly recommend cricket wireless.
The gentleman that helped me was very polite.

Dominic tried his very best to fix my phone. Unfortunately, my phone couldn't be repaired. I then bought a new phone. Dominic did a fantastic job helping me load everything onto my new phone.
He is a great employee and deserves a huge raise.
