I use to love coming here not no more . Lines are filled with stuff the needs to be put out . One register open poor lady look stressed out from it the other didn't even hop on register to help her some lady who was to busy talking in the office finally came out store is disgusting

The worst experience today . One poor guy working whine the rest of the employees who were unprofessional stood around smoking out front and then came in and followed each other around the store . Very disappointed tried to get a number for the manager and was unsuccessful. Used to like coming here think this will be my last trip to this store

Whoever runs this place im talking higher ups should be ashamed and or fired. Why you only have one person working when the lines to the back of the store?Guarantee that one person doesnt get paid enough for the BS. Also guaranteed you have a stack of job applications. Hire people accordingly.

I was at this store on February 28th . I was at dollar ?? tree ?? in Edwardsville I had bought 5 DVDs and 2 Blu rays so All together I bought 7 DVDs. And at register one a checker named sequoia on site on purpose charged me for 13 movies not 7 I would advise not going to this store. It's filthy it's dirty. The cops are gutless coward's with no balls . They do not protrol the parking lot. I call this store druggie dollar tree . I was told dollar tree is going out of business

I've been to larger stores, but what this lacks in size, it more than makes up for in customer service. The staff was courteous and helpful.

You can't shop in these stores. Nothing is stocked on the shelves. The stuff you probably need Is on carts in boxes. These Dollar Stores are going to be going out of business soon if they don't learn the words organize and clean. And it's not just dollar tree, it's Family dollar, Dollar General also. But it's not the workers fault. It's Corporate making 2 people if not 1 do everything in the store. Check out, stock, clean. They need to hire stockers at night to get the store ready to be shopped in. If I go in and have to move carts to get what I came for. I'm walking out and never going there again. Hire stock boys overnight instead of expecting your daily workers to handle it. You won't be there long if you dont.

Love Dollar Tree in general. I just wish they provided more support for their cashiers. Their cashiers are working as hard as they can but they can only do so much!

There were a lot of customers and at one point only one cashier. Fortunately, 2 more were called to the front to help ring out all the customers.
