“Appreciative of their honesty. My phone stopped taking a charge on all of the charging cords I had at home and I was convinced I needed a new phone battery. They told me nothing was wrong with the phone itself and showed me that it was fast charging in the store with one of their cords. A repair would have been much more expensive than just buying a new adapter and cord so I appreciate the honesty. Not just trying to make a quick buck here.”

“I’d like to share my positive experiences with iDropped. I had two batteries needing replacement: a Samsung S22 and an Apple iPad Air. Based on my research, I attempted to locate a closer repair facility but opted to travel 1.5 hours to the Edwardsville Kingston location. Because of the distance, I successfully set up the appointment via email and calls, allowing iDropped to have all products stocked and the appointment confirmed remotely. The entire process and personnel were professional and helpful. I’ve worked in the technical field for over 30 years and have dealt with numerous repair companies.
