Horrible experience! I used Kevin twice the first time he was helpful and gave me a good price just to get my business! The second time, I went back to Kevin and I made it clear I wanted to know how much his services would be? He told me my total refund amount like that was my full refund back from the irs, he left out that his services would be almost double the first year! 430$ (I still don't know the exact price unless I look at my paper work) Very unprofessional! When I called to find out my refund status he told me disrespectfully that he went over his fee multiple times! I also mentioned my girlfriend who used h@r block at the hanover location and she was charged 150 dollars less then I was! He talked over me and asked if I was married and why didn't i file married?? I said because my girlfriend and I aren't married?🤮 Idk what that had to do with my issue? Also on the phone he said i should of paid him when i filed and i would of been charged less, something he never mentioned??? Very unprofessional I still didn't receive my refund and its been over a month!🤮

12 years of coming here and this will be the last visit. They lie and tell you one thing to get your business then after they do the work it’s a different story. Absolutely furious with this place. Trash!
Edit: In response to the owners reply. I called the store back to try and rectify the situation. They said my tax agent was busy and they would call me back when they’re done. Waited 6 hours by the phone and no call. Time to start firing these people at this location. They lie and say anything to get the business, then they don’t cooperate when you try to address things.
