It's hard to feel the brotherly love when I stepped inside this store. No one greets you. I asked the cashier where I can find doggie diapers. While there was another staff member chit chatting with the cashier, nobody offered to show me the aisle. The cashier even said sorry she can't leave her post. Aside from poor customer service, their shelves aren't well stocked! There wasn't any diaper for small size that I needed.

Great place to look at pets and also great place to have your pet groomed. BIG PLUS, They groomed my baby girl Bella and she is so beautiful. Thank you!

Ridiculous staff. Don't talk to each other and then because THEY don't talk to each other they belittle the customer. Brian , the atrocious manager, needs to get his staff because that was unnecessary.

Everytime I go here the employees I've dealt with have been very helpful and always seem to be on the bright side. Store has everything I could need and more.

I cannot say enough good things about the manager, Patricia and Elaine. They were so extremely compassionate, helpful and caring towards my daughter, who’s hamster died, which was a Birthday gift. Patricia went above and beyond to help us out and was sympathetic towards my daughter. They are 2 awesome workers that Petco has!!! 5

They are great they're friendly they're knowledgeable they're really fast especially with everything going on nowadays The curbside service is wonderful . I'm really happy with how helpful they are all the way around they're really great I do bounce from one pet store to another but that's only because one pet store has some certain products that I like and a pet store has certain products I like . I tell you what I definitely give Petco in Edwardsville five star Thank you Kathy

My go-to pet store when I need some doggie stuff. My most recent visit was the day after Black Friday and luckily they still had BF specials such as B1G1 treats (good brands such a Blue Buffalo), which I stocked up on. The store employees were all very friendly and each one I encountered said hello and asked if they could help with anything. I got into a conversation with one of the employees that told me everything they carry is now made in the USA and they don't carry things such as Milkbones anymore (they do have an "organic" version of Milkbones) since the dyes are cancer causing. Good to know Petco is stepping up in helping keep our furbabies healthy!
