This is one of the best UPS stores I've ever visited. The store itself is nothing special but the staff are extraordinary! They are cheerful, friendly, and never fail to be singing and smiling. What a pleasure to go in somewhere with employees who take such pride in customer service.

While on the phone with one of the employees he told me that the tracking number I had gave him was invalid as it also showed on the website. I explained that the tracking number I have provided was the one they sent me. He tried to dismiss me as fast as he could and not only him but a co worker suddenly came in the call to try to dismiss me as well telling me that the tracking number they gave me wasn’t invalid and that I just have read it wrong. I explained that I copied and paste into their website and that it told me it was invalid. Than they proceeded to tell me that it won’t show me anything until it reaches a certain location. I have send packages before and I never received an invalid message when first receiving a tracking number. They were super rude no matter how polite I remained. Last time Im using UPS.
