“I had an issue with one of my value stems. I scheduled an appointment online. Larry called me shortly after and asked what the problem was with my tire. I explained the issue and he said to bring it right out and he would take a look at for me. I took my vehicle to Mavis and Larry fixed my valve stem issue. He didn't charge me for the repair. Excellent customer service from Larry. I wouldn't hesitate to use Mavis again in the future.”

“Howard’s a great guy very fair pricing his guys and girls did a fine job on my new tires. Got me scheduled in record time and back on the road. Running a business down time on your vans can be a huge challenge. Update: Ricky & Spencer took care of me real quick when we had a tire pressure sensor down. These guys are fast and do quality work and always make sure your lug nuts are torque to manufacture spec so your not stuck out on the road trying to change a tire but can’t get the lug nuts loose because some jackass with a 3/4” drive impact didn’t pay attention to the torque spec. I highly recommend these guys ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Love coming here, fast and no hassle. Everyone was helpful. Attitude is the main reason we go there. We came for 4 aluminum wheels. They cost $35 each. You give the attendant the size and they check the availability. The wheel were in excellent condition. Best place for organization. I recommend this auto parts store hands down. There is always a clearance aisle and hub caps are displayed on the walls.”

“Took my pickup here for service and state inspection this week. These guys are great. They’re very polite and professional. I waited for my vehicle in their customer lounge area and enjoyed all the cool photos on the wall of old Ford Mustangs/ Shelby’s and even a nice pic of Steve McQueen. “I had to get my car inspected from here. Pleasant place very friendly, informative, and knowledgeable. They was ready for me the time we arranged. They squeezed me in the day of which was awesome thanks best auto service you guys live up to the name. Plus I had to get brand new tires to pass inspection they explain throughly with the information I needed and answer all my question. They have stock of tires right there so I didn't need to go anywhere else . Best place best customer service give them a try you won't regret!”

“This location is ok, they are quick, and talkative to certain customers, but I was surprised my alignment was not checked prior to installing $1200 tires. When asked, tech told me the old tires appeared to worn evenly so it wasn't necessary. I have 30 days to go back so they can check it for free - weird technique if you ask me.”
