ME!I called him to see if he was available to take my car for repair, (never met him, never used him) he was very courteous, and told me he’d order my parts that day and as soon as they came in (2days) to bring the car down. It was done in 2 days, and a great job!I whispered to his employee to take her time, bc my rental happened to be a Mini Cooper! Which by the way, is a very cool ride!! But, it only took 2 days and it looks beautiful! I would highly recommend Guy and his employees, they know what they are doing and the customer service is OUTSTANDING! He returns calls, and is honestly very aware of what his customers want! Like I said, OUTSTANDING! My other car was hit and had more damage, they fixed it in 3 days...PERFECT! This time very minimal damage above the headlight from the lawnmower (ugh) promised 4 days....8 days later we were arguing with the new manager over being told different stories! “Update**** John Sisson put new tires on and did an alignment. Windshield washer fluid comes out wonky. Tiny little squirt onto the blades only. Weird. It smells clean inside, so they had it detailed. They offered to buy it back and put us in one with the options I want, but I still have not been shown the numbers for that one. ?♀️ I will take my rating up to 4 ⭐️ because they didn’t charge me anything.The whole John Sisson experience, starting with the purchase, was not what we expected it to be. We thought we were purchasing a Certified Pre-Owned 2021 Rogue. First the salesman would not show me the numbers of the car I really wanted to buy. He said it would be above my budget. At least show me the numbers and let me decide that. Then we were told this Rogue had been “professionally” detailed inside, at a cost of over $300. Umm, No. They got ripped off. The seats were stained with something. Crumbs and filth in all the crevices. We had to go purchase a portable upholstery cleaner. Can you say yuck. Looked like the previous owner dumped many cups of coffee or soda on the passenger seat. Same with the back seat. It had the wrong floor mats in it. They did not fit at all. Let’s talk about the tires. A Lady who sits in a small office said they still had over 50% Tread.. I beg to differ. The tread near the sidewalls is wore almost flat and there is no way there is “more then 50% tread” left. So far I have had to pay for the correct size mats, a windshield calibration, after it had to be replaced because a rock hit it. That was not their fault, but when we dropped it off on a Friday, we were told it would be ready by Monday. When my husband called Monday because we had not heard from anyone, he was told they needed a few more days. Then 30 minutes before they closed I get a text that it’s ready. We are very unhappy with the whole John Sisson experience. We feel we did not get what we are expected to pay for over the next 7 years… we definitely did not receive a vehicle that was “Certified”. Changing the oil doesn’t make it so. Make it right.”
