“I got my 2026 Nissan Rogue repaired after hitting a deer. Joey, one of the mechanics here, was absolutely phenomenal. He was precise and diligent when repairing my car and thoroughly explained everything about the process to me. When my insurance company was giving me issues, he told me about my rights as an insurance holder and connected me with someone that would help me through the process. This will ultimately end up saving me a substantial amount of money, which would not have been possible without Joey’s guidance. Honestly, everyone here is amazing and kind. Cannot recommend more, my car will never be repaired anywhere else.”

During the visit, we inquired abound back hatch rubber molding repair that has been detached for several years - went inside to price it out and agreed to buy the new molding - in the meantime, an employee was walking by. started fixing it - 10min later with elbow grease ... fixed - no charge.”

“Made my first appointment at 3 rivers vw. Had my 2012 gti inspected and stage 1 tuning done. All was done great. The car runs very well and I am super satisfied with my service. The technician did a great job and service manager was very friendly and helpful with all my questions and concerns. They even washed my car after the work was completed on time and had it ready to go for me. I will definitely be using 3 rivers vw for all my gti needs in the future.”

He was a delightful human being, who sat with me while we waited for my financing to go through, which took a bit longer than expected. Ray was also genuinely the most professional and thorough gentleman ever. He made sure I understood all of the particulars about my financing and he was incredibly courteous and kind.

“I can't speak to the work, but hear me out... I called regarding a collision with a deer and explained my damage, which included the roof. He was upfront with me that he cannot do roof repairs of the type I needed. So, I want to give a five star review for being honest and not wasting my time going there, leaving my car, etc. only to find out that it can't be fixed or fixed to completion. If that is the way this shop works, then I will consider them going forward if it is for anything other than the roof because honesty matters.”

“My truck would not pass inspection. Call Tom and was able to look at my truck the same day. Made an appointment for a couple weeks later and he went over and beyond. He fix the rust on my frame, fixed my sway bar, and recommended other services to repair my truck. Sorry I took so long Tom to write a review. I highly recommend Tom for service. Truck passed inspection of course!”

“Got a flat trailer tire in West Virginia. We called a ton of 24 hour roadside assistance numbers and no one carried pull behind trailer tires. This man drove an hour and a half to change our trailer tire and also brought us 2 of them so we had good tires for the rest of our trip. Super nice people and we are very grateful for all of your help. Highly recommend this company.”

“A deer ran into my car and destroyed my sideview mirror. Of course it was the fancy one with remote control, heat and turn signal included. Joe was able to find a used one with the correct color and installed it at a great price within an hour. Excellent service, highly recommend.”
