“I put a pretty good scrape in the front fender of our business truck. We're insured through State Farm and Diehl is a preferred shop with them, so the paperwork was effortless and seamless. Diehl was one of the most professional services I have dealt with ever. The communication was excellent and they kept us informed every step of the way. They worked with us on the date of repair to ensure the truck was back in service quickly and the repair was perfect. I couldn't be happier with the work and I will recommend them to friends and family in the future!”

“I went in yesterday to get a battery for my car. This is the only place that didn’t try to upsell bc of me having a new car and being a woman which happens a lot. Auto zone tried charging me $390 for my battery. Ridiculous, I KNOW! The guys here at NAPA were wonderful, funny and very helpful. I will continue going here. Thank you all so much!!”

“Our experience with Budd Baer Mazda was nothing short of excellent. First, we got a pretty good deal on a used Mazda and a trade… the gentlemen we dealt with in the dealership were great. Then there was an issue with the latch on the front hood …they ordered the part & was able to fix it within a couple of days. They definitely fit us into the schedule to get that latch fixed quickly. Very happy with our first experience and we are from Ohio!”

“This is by far the best auto body shop I have ever been to! Sadly, I’ve had to have some repairs with multiple vehicles of mine. And not only did I have horrible customer experience and weeks to months waits , at even the big auto body centers, but horrible work done as well. And Donellas had great customer service. I had my car back within a week. And the work was A1.!”

“Craig Kuzak was the service department employee who got my car in to the shop on time for my early morning annual state inspection appointment, listened to the 3 concerns I listed in addition to my inspection and suggested I cold wait in the waiting area. By the time I had a cup of coffee and cleaned out my wallet, my car was ready, and I was on the road with a freshly washed car and sparkly clean windows!”

“I had an absolutely outstanding experience with this dealership, thanks in large part to Chrissy Marks. She is an exceptional salesperson who was personable, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely wonderful to work with. She knew the Subaru product inside and out and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel pressured. I actually traveled to this dealership even though I had another dealership practically in my backyard—and I am so glad I did! From start to finish, Chrissy and the team made the entire experience easy, enjoyable, and well worth the drive. I would highly recommend Chrissy & Budd Baer Subaru to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, friendly, and truly exceptional car-buying experience!”

“My husband recently bought a vehicle here because the other dealership we were working with was kind of shady. We went to get it and there was something wrong with it they discovered. So they needed to send it to get fixed, which whatever, but they didn't call us before we went there to tell us that and they knew we were coming. It took 2 weeks to get the car back. Once we had it home I was looking inside and clearly the interior was not detailed properly. There was mud or something all over the ceiling and something like dirt or weed or coffee grounds all in the console. The inside is just a mess. When we were calling to check on the car the receptionist lady had the most rude, worst attitude. If you are purchasing a vehicle and they have your money you are allowed calling 50 times a day if you want. No need to be mean. Overall the experience here was poor but I wouldn't say I don't recommend them as the salesman himself was polite and as helpful as he could be I suppose. But their communication is not good. We didn't buy an Audi, but a used vehicle so maybe that was why it was such a difficult process. But when spending 40 grand you should be treated like you matter.”

“I had a spark plug fail on me in the middle of a 36 hour road trip and luckily it happened right down the street from this store. Roger was a huge help and made sure I had everything I needed to get the job done. He was friendly and helpful and I can't thank him enough for turning a bad experience into a good time. If I am ever in the area again I will make sure to stop by this location for any parts or tools I need.”

“Today I visited this body shop with a car that I was test driving in the area. I met with the owner for a informal estimate and his honest opinion, he gave me just that and he was very professional and kind while giving me his very honest opinion he also went the extra mile to point out various things that only he would know from his years of experience and expertise. He also refused to accept the money I offered for his help,a true gentleman.”
