“We worked with Michael to design our dream engagement ring and had the best experience! We had been shopping around the typical big box jewelers to get an understanding for diamond basics, ring settings, etc., but soon realized those stores wouldn’t offer the level of customization we wanted (eg pick our own side stones).Once we arrived at JAB, we found our ideal diamond and marquise sapphire side stones, designed our ring, built a CAD model, and received the finished product on time and in beautiful condition!! Michael has a ton of expertise in stones and offered us helpful guidance and the ability to test out how materials looked as we decided on them.I highly recommend JAB for any custom jewelry. If you’re looking for lots of physical engagement ring settings to browse, you should shop around stores or look online first for inspiration since JAB’s showroom is more limited in terms of size and variety of settings on the floor. Once you have something in mind, you can set up an initial design consult and go from there.Excited to design our wedding bands next!”

“Don is highly recommended, and went above and beyond to help get a particular piece in and set for me under a very tight time constraint. He made it his mission to prioritize my item and delivered it in advance of when I was hoping to have it. Excellent communication and customer service. He provided pictures and updates all along the process. I really appreciate the fact that his work is all done in-house, not outsourced. This meant he did not have to let my very expensive gemstone leave his store to be placed in the setting. He is very professional and patient, and even offered some personal suggestions for the event I was planning. His prices are very reasonable as well. “Personally, my experience has been very positive. I traveled about an hour and took a chance on what looked like a good deal. Called him several times with questions and he probably answered within 2 rings every time. Sometimes people are busy....he's only one person. When I arrived I was shown the product, allowed to open the box and inspect everything. I purchased it and have made 2 other purchases on separate occasions. I liked him, but will admit that paying cash and no returns caused me a little pause. But so far, everything has been great.”

“I had some jewelry that I wanted to know the value of so decided to check this place out as it was close to me. I am so glad I did! Brad is a sincerely good person who is obviously passionate about what he does. He's also very upfront and honest. He took my pieces and carefully looked them over explaining exactly what he was looking for and sorted out the authentic ones from the fake ones. If he wasn't sure about any of them he asked permission to test them and tested them right in front of me. Again he explained the process of the test and exactly what he was looking for. When he narrowed down the pieces, he took the authentic ones to a scale and weighed them. He was just as excited/hopeful as I was to find out the worth. You can tell that he genuinely wants the best for his customers. Brad will definitely be my go to guy from now on and I hope he stays in business for a long time.”

“This place is a hidden gem ?. I've been here twice, and the husband and wife (I assume) who own the place are extremely helpful and kind. I bought two bags of sand dig kits for my nephews the first time I went there, and they LOVED it! Plus goodies for myself, of course. I got two beautiful sterling silver rings and a collection of tea, candles, herbs and crystals. Next time, I will bring my five-year-old nephew, who shares my fascination and adoration of fossils, minerals, and crystals! I can't wait! They're adding a salt room too for adults! It's not just for kids.”

“Kim is fantastic. I purchased a c6 corvette pendant from her many years ago. Wore it everyday. Purchased a c8 corvette, and needed a new pendant. Went right to Kim’s website and purchased. Kim had the best price over anyone else too. She emailed me with information about my shipment. When I received my new c8 pendant, it was perfect. My old c6 pendant was loosing some color and I let Kim know about it. She had me send it back to her for touch up, and received it back looking just as nice as the day I bought it, with NO CHARGE.
