Samson installed glass tops for guest room flat surface furniture at our Mansions on Fifth Hotel. Prompt, accurate and professional. We were very pleased and their work has gone a long way in protecting our assets.

This company claims to be a faith based company. However after speaking to Melissa about paying my husband for work he completed for the company, she told me to have a little faith. But didn't pay him. I expressed how important it was for our family that they pay my husband. But her family issues out weighed ours. That was on Monday, over two weeks after he stopped working for them as an independent contractor, by Thursday still nothing. I called back and Melissa wasn't available. So we were left with "Have a little faith". I have plenty of faith, none with the ability of this company to pay their workers.

This is our second glass door from Samson Glass. It is absolutely beautiful, works great. Door was completed exactly when they said it would be. Installation was quick and the door is stunning. Wonderful company to deal with.

I recently purchased window glass from Sampson and that order was filled perfectly and even though it took a couple weeks it was worth the wait. I did not have to worry about it being correct and dealing with issues I have no time for. So, I really ended up saving time by dealing with them. I was notified when the order was in and ready for pickup and they worked with me to make my pickup work on my schedule. The same is true of my recent material need of glazing tape. I called, they sent me a quote by email, I approved the quote and returned the email. Called them up and paid for the item and it was waiting for me to pick up, again, on my schedule. This company is working to make our lives easier and helping me keep my promises to my customers. Shout out to Megan who is always prepared to go the extra mile... Thanks

Very reasonably priced, it's been 3months on frameless shower glass installed so far so good I would of have them 5 stars but they told be 4 - 6 weeks on the install they came on the Friday of the 6 weeks. Don't tell someone 4 weeks of that in not the case. That just really bother me. It's a shame too but I really like everyone I work with and the install team was in and out. I would still recommended using them just know it's going to take longer than you may want it too

I hired Samson glass to do a custom shower surround and they did an amazing job, a year later the caulking pulled apart in an area or two and they came out and fixed it with out any issues. They stand behind their work.
