I highly recommend you do not get your parts from here. I bought a part from them the end of November and with the holidays and the weather and being disabled I was unable to get to working on my truck until recently. Realized the part I got was not needed and because I was 2 weeks past the 30 days they refuse to take it back even with receipt and taking holidays into consideration. I even offered a 50/50 return as opposed to their 30/70 return policy and they refused. They are about the money and NOT customer satisfaction. Use caution when dealing with these types of companies. There are plenty of other junk yards that actually care about their customers!

I sent my son down to Eldridge, PA (from New York) to pick up some parts for his Subaru Forester - It was a long drive. When he got back, 2 of the parts were missing. The owner of the business purchased the missing parts and shipped them to me.
Very impressed with the follow up and the service.

We spoke with the owner, we called him for car parts and he was asking about what we can pay, when we told him the prices he just hanged up on our faces, and no one was pushing hard on him with the price, very rude and unprofessional

I had called them on a Thursday I believe about an axle and they said they’d have it ready the beginning of the week so I called on Monday and they said they were going to wait for the weather to get nicer before they pulled it so I called another yard that was about an hour and a half closer and they had one I could go get so I called Andrew’s back and they would give me the 200 deposit back Just not the most costumer friendly place call Patersons or some other reputable business

Only giving 2 stars because of the lady working the register...
Went to pick up a door for my truck and it was just the shell for $250. No panels, no handle, no motor. Nothing. Not even a mirror. We asked for a refund, which the lady at the window happily obliged. There was a man in the back, however that argued with my husband about asking for a refund. Saying things like "beggars can't be choosers" and that nowhere else sells a door with the pieces on it? We already knew of another place that sold the door with the pieces for the same price. Not impressed.

Sold me a $15,000 truck knowing the motor was bad. Drove off the lot and codes came up for low coolant before I got home.

Got a motor in March of 2024 was not able to get it running or into the shop to get work done until August of 2024 which I know it states that they got 30-day warranty right But knowingly selling bad motors and not even testing them bad No No not to happy I Do Not Recommend these people because of their not so good warranties now I'm out 500 bucks because I paid extra to have them pull it early and here I am....
