HORRIBLE!!! I call 3 hours before this shop closes, I tell them I **just need the spare thrown on** to replace a flat tire, and they say they have 2 people in front of me and won't be able to do it. I ask how long the 2 customers will take, and they say, "We have no idea." So how do they know they won't have time to throw on my spare?I ask them realistically how long it will take to throw on the spare, and he literally says, "Oh well, you never know. Sometimes you really have to dig and search for it" and acts like it's this huge ordeal.I took my car to another shop down the road and they threw on the spare, for no charge, IN LESS THAN 5 MINUTES!This shop showed zero interest or willingness to help my situation.

Took vehicle for inspection. Mechanic pointed out various issues that would have cost over $3500 to fix. I picked up the vehicle and traded it in, but will continue to use Graham's due to their honesty and fairness. They put vehicle on the lift, removed all tires, did thorough inspection, put back together, charged only $25.
