“This was my first visit due to a referral of my BFF. I arrived early but they took me right in. Since it's my only means of transportation I sat n read a book. They were quick to tell me the cabin noise was from badly worn tires. They did the oil change and inspection and put 2 new tires on the front. I was surprised at the total bill as it was less than I expected. I decided to also replace the rear tires as well as I still had road noise in the cabin. They ordered the tires and installed them in no time. I'm very pleased with the work, the explanation of what was needed and the cost. I will be back hopefully the owner when he sells will insure the new owner has the same high standards.”

“The repair work done here is very good. They will always give me a heads-up for things to keep an eye on, such as tread getting low on a tire, a tiny leak from the back of the valve cover gasket, an alignment might be needed in the near future, etc. Prices seem to be reasonable. We are not fans of the dogs but greatly appreciate the service on our vehicles.”

“Took my 2019 nissan to moats first thing in the morning, after leaving work because it kept making noises, and of course when I looked up what it could possibly be I panicked, as this is my only means of transportation for my son and myself. When I got there I explained what I was hearing.Hector was quick to take my car for a drive and took me with so I could help point out what I was hearing. We got back to the shop and he went right to work, he aloud me to watch what he was doing and showed me exactly what the problem was. Hector fixed it and even explained a few other things I was curious about. For example why the car dealership said that my tires are wearing more on one side than the other. He was able to put my mind at ease teaching me how and why they wear differently, knowing now that wearing can be different and they don't need to be replaced, my suspension and alignment are still okay is a weight off my shoulders and a relief. Hector was very kind,understanding and made me feel as though he took me seriously unlike the dealership does I will most definitely be going back to moats in the future thank you again the world needs more people like you.”

“Kevin the service manager there or at least I think he is and if not he should be He helped me and my family out tremendously! From researching mechanics bulletins based on my vehicle before I even brought my vehicle there to be fixed, to the time he took prioritizing my vehicle to get back on the road was priceless. We were on way home from NJ when my Buick Enclave just stalled on toll plaza we were trying to beat the ice and snow storm developing in Columbus Ohio. He even arranged for a loaner vehicle so we could drive home we ended up staying in Elizabeth town as he assured me he would have the Buick fixed by noon the next day. He worked out the best Rate possible and got my car fixed! This is very uncommon with mechanics! If it had not been him and D L Vehicle Repair we would have been in alot of trouble. No car rentals available there due to flight cancelations because of this storm. My family is forever greatfull and in debted to them for this kind gesture to us! I'd say he probably made $1 dollar an hour between the time he spent discussing car and travel arrangements with me and repairing my buick. Thank you guys so much!!!!”

Took only an hour and my A/C is now fully functioning for a great price.”
