I do not recommend this company. The items I ordered for a young athlete were HUGE - way oversized. There was no indication on the web site the sizes were for adult males, when the team making the purchases was a junior high girls' team. Elizabethtown Sporting Goods would not provide a refund or exchange despite the fact their sizing is way off.

I cannot recommend this establishment to anyone. I ordered three flexfit hats with my logo on them and have been nothing short of annoyed and disappointed. September 3rd I went in and gave my order and immediately emailed my logo to them. I was told it would take two weeks to receive them. Three weeks later, I was called to come in and get the hats. When i showed up they were completely wrong from what i asked for. My logo was crooked, the hats were not all black like i asked, and the placement of the logo was centered when i asked for it to be in the right corner. Not only that, but i only received two of the three hats i asked for. Mistakes happen. I get it. Today, october 7th (four weeks later for three measley hats), I went in to get the corrected hats. My logo is still crooked and its too high on the hat. My confusion to the issue is they sent me a proof with what the hat was supposed to look like, but delivered hats that look nothing like the proof they supplied!! If I give you the okay to make the hats look like your own supplied proof, I would expect you to make it look like the picture!

We ordered over $150 worth of Spirit Gear from this company. We received it today and it was not a complete order. When I called in about it I was told that two things were on backorder but was never informed of this until today. They had over a month where there could have sent an email or even called me since they had that information on file from when I placed my order. When I asked why no one had contacted me to let me know about the backorder I kept getting told “ I don’t know. I don’t do the packing or shipping.” This company has horrible communication skills and I will never order from them again!

We ordered Spirit Wear for our child's sports team through this company. We just relieved our order today which is already roughly half way through the season and not everything came. I called and was informed that two items were on back order. At no time did I receive an email that items were on backorder at all! The only answer I kept getting from the person I spoke to was I don't know why you aren't told. Communication from this company is awful! I will not be purchasing anything from them again! They had over a month to tell me stuff was on backorder and they didn't bother to say a word at all!

ESG did not meet our fundraiser delivery deadline, even though they told us they could. We were not informed that 4 items were back ordered (read notes indicating such on packing slips). Also 3 orders were printed with the wrong screen and 1 order was printed crooked. We are still trying to get this all corrected. Emails and Phone calls are hardly returned - claimed they didn't receive. Have yet to be able to speak with a manager or owner, because employees refuse to connect to these persons when we call. We will be taking any future screening business elsewhere. Dealing with ESG's lack of customer service and efficiency isn't worth the hassle.
