So I needed a real brick and mortar bank to cash a rather large check from my mother’s estate. After numerous tries, finally the people her could get me set up with an account and were able to help me deposit the check. I will definitely stay with them as a client.

Closes before there hours say, so for someone who works third shift they truly do suck at every aspect of banking. Manager caught leaving early and says oh sorry we keep trying to update our hours.

I've been going to this bank for many years, and never had any complaints! The workers are very knowledgeable, and are also quick which I appreciate. One either in particular, Aviana, help me get through a tough time which I was very unsure about .. she answered all my questions and walked me through everything. She even showed me things on the app that were very helpful to know. I am glad I had her help, and she's a great worker! Always smiling and so kind.

I have had an excellent experience here from on the phone to face to face exchanges. They have helped me with mortgages, new bank accounts and deposits. They have always been friendly and helpful.

I would give them 5 stars but i can't get into the bank app & the telephone banking system is just awful since the upgrade. Not user friendly. Will probably get a new bank.
