About General RV Center
Welcome to General RV – Pennsylvania’s newest RV dealer, helping families make RV memories since 1962. As the nation’s largest family-owned RV dealer, they operate 14 Supercenters nationwide. Their Elizabethtown dealership is expected to open in September 2022, with service currently from their Harrisburg facility. Reviews highlight great experiences from start to finish, with staff going above and beyond. The parts manager was awesome, taking time to explain how a hitch worked, providing excellent customer service. The service team at the Elizabethtown location was wonderful, with a service advisor who listened and answered all questions, completing repairs promptly. One customer purchased from the Virginia location but picked up in PA, receiving a VIP lanyard and a thorough walk-through. The staff member was very knowledgeable, detailed, and did not hurry, explaining how everything worked inside and out. The entire team was helpful in every aspect. Customers would recommend this facility to anyone, noting that the folks at General are good people doing a great job treating people right.
