“I've been working with Stacia for a few years. I broke my femur and as a result I have a rod in my leg which inhibits my flexibility. I also have balance issues as well.
However Stacia is VERY observant and has pinpointed physical issues I didn't know I had!
I feel so lucky to have found Stacia. I appreciate her for her patience; when I can't handle a specific stretch she always comes up with other ways to achieve results. She also has an encouraging personality. There have been times --- thankfully few and far between --- when I'm frustrated with myself concerning my progress. Stacia has the ability to offer a different perspective so I can leave my session feeling good about it.

“Amazing Gym, always get a great workout here, I have 7 gym memberships and this by far beats out LA Fitness, Crunch and Planet Fitness and others in Lancaster County unless you are a cardio bunny and don't like old school equipment. I always feel like the older equipment works well with my body mechanics, so I seek out these style of gyms specifically, I've been lifting for 22 years and have seen my fair share of gyms. Nice women's only section with Glute building equipment and different group Fitness rooms, large diverse cardio section, about 3 squat racks, it's never that busy most I've seen working out at once is maybe 10 people, at $13 Per month or $5 per day you can't beat this gym, all the other people who left bad reviews need to go back to their fru-fru Planet Fitness and eat pizza where they belong, it's your old school vibe and the price reflects that.
They have Uhaul rentals here and a Carwash across from it. It's a solid vibe”
