“We called from out of state looking for a very particular mothers' day gag gift - on mothers' day - and wow did they deliver! Pat from the greenhouse is a national treasure. We asked for the smallest, ugliest, Charlie Brown citrus tree they had in stock, and Pat understood the assignment perfectly. She took the time to find the most hideous little tree, slapped an ugly bow and a personalized note on it, and even delivered it locally.
What a delightful experience to be on the phone when it arrived at our mother's door. Her exasperated laugh was worth every penny of the very reasonable price. The tree is ugly as hell but perfectly healthy, even has a few sad little limes on it. Now our mother will feel obligated to keep it and love it forever.
Thank you Pat and Stauffer's for giving us all a good laugh, and for delivering the best worst mothers' day gift. You guys are awesome! ?”
