I give the doctors I have 5 stars- Dr. Conley, Dr. Jennifer Kline, are amazing and their nurse team is fantastic! Never had a bad experience.However, I left 3 stars due to the lack of scheduling staff. I know it's hard now a days to get people to work, but I feel I've been on hold for a long time waiting to schedule a follow up from being at Patient First Urgent Care over the weekend. The phone just keeps ringing and ringing but I never get an answer. I just want to get a boot for my foot prior to my follow up as urgent care did not give me any.

I basically call to reschedule an appointment at the North lanco office and pretty much the the front desk person picked up the phone extremely rude I have no problem with the doctor's office or anything like that I'm just baffled just because when you are working health Care or anywhere dealing with people you should not be rude especially if they were being nice to you I don't know if the person was having a bad day or whatever but some people need to keep work at work and home at home don't be bringing work problems home or the opposite

A patient came in Norlanco to have a COVID test. They took his info and told him to have a seat with everybody in waiting room. Really!

Norlanco's Covid policy is a joke. Woke up with an obvious case of strep throat (red spots on my throat, white pus spots on my tonsils, and swollen lymph nodes) when I called to schedule a strep culture so I could get prescribed antibiotics they told me I couldn't come in because sore throat is a covid symptom, they then told me I would have to download an app, set up an account, and have a teleconference with a Dr instead. When I asked how they were going to swab my throat over the phone the receptionist said "I don't know the answer to that question, I'm not a nurse"I ended up going to a different doctors office that didn't require me to jump through hoops for a simple throat swab over stupid covid fears/policies.

This doctors office is wonderful. I feel so welcomed and taken care of every time & my PCP listens to me with no judgment or negativity. Highly recommend this facility

I went to see a doctor named Samuel J. Feinstein for a sinus infection and I had a sore throat with it. They always have gave me an antibiotic to fight it, because of the sore throat and the sinus issue. This time I didn't get that. This doctor needs to do his job right. What I had ended up being contagious. I also had a hard time making an appointment to see someone. You shouldn't have to get a run around if you need to see someone. You should be able to see someone and make an appointment. This is the first time this happened to me.

The doctors are fantastic awesome people, same with billing on the way out.The front scheduling desk I've had so many problems with over the years its disturbing. It's enough to make me switch to Hershey med.
