I have rented storage from Sheaffer Storage each winter to store a boat. I must say that they are amazing handling the signup process, the communication, the facilities and the all important price. My rental this winter would include a new padlock, most places would charge me for the lock as well as the rental. Without prodding they texted me and asked if I still had my lock from previous years and deducted the amount of a new lock.
I chose a unit this year from memory and it was my fault that it was too small for the boat. Without a long process of refunding my payment and renting a larger unit. The change to a larger unit took place overnight without any significant problems. It went very smooth. They handled my mistake with great care and got me into another unit.
This storage rental is one of the only that doesn’t require to sign a contract for a specific timeframe. I wanted to have the ability to stop storage if the weather becomes good in an early spring and get my boat back on the water.
I can’t say enough about the excellent customer service they provide in a time where most companies don’t know what customer service means. I will definitely continually use Schaffer Storage and inform others about this service.
I wanted to enforce the communication of how good Sheaffer Storage is. I will rent again because I know they appreciate customers and I appreciate the care they put into their business.

We have been with Sheaffer Storage for nearly two years. In that time, it has changed hands. We were dismayed at that, because it was run by a local family that took great care in keeping up a well run place. We didn't need to worry. The new owners have been incredible in making improvements on the grounds, and keeping the individual units in good repair. They run an excellent business - or we wouldn't have THREE units there! We are in them all the time, and we constantly see them personally working on the grounds. THANKS GUYS!

I have rented storage units at other locations, but my experience at Sheaffer Road Self Storage has been far superior to any other. The owner and manager are very accommodating and are available to help whenever needed. The property is very clean, well-maintained, and in a secure location with people on-site to watch over it. All of this at lower prices than typical storage facilities!

Have a unit here for about a year now. Great low monthly price compared to other units in the area. Clean and well maintained property. Management is friendly, easy to get a hold of and will solve any issues that arise. Highly recommend!
