We have used Toshiba Business Solutions for 13+ years and recently purchased a new copier. Our account manager, Maria, and Matt, he set-up the copier, were very helpful during this process. We have been very satisfied with the service we receive from Toshiba. They are super prompt whenever we have a question or need service.

The leasing and maintenance process was great while we had the copier. Ending the lease, however, has been a nightmare. We kept getting charged and no one was returning my calls or emails for over a month.
