My experience yesterday was great. I left this office & realized I hadn’t taped the return boxes shut. Because I’m used to how ups doesn’t always use the box u bring it in. I called them frantically. It was over $ 100.00 in lip stick. They found the 3 boxes & taped them shut for me. I am so grateful. Plus I always find the clerks to be very knowledgeable no matter what the transaction. Thank you Roy for all your help. He even called me to say it was taken care of.

I've lived in this apartment in Elizabethtown for over a month and they still will not change our mailbox lock or give us our mail. Every time I call they are clueless or closed. I need my mail!!!

I never had an issue with this post office. I've have mail on hold and they held it. When it was time to deliver, they delivered. Always friendly. Always kind. Sometimes there is a line, other times I walk right up.

I cannot believe this post office is allowed to operate. Mail delivery is being made when delivery was “on hold”, packages being posted as delivered and never left in mailbox, mail being delivered in wrong mailbox. If I find away to close this facility or get better management I will pursue it.

Whoever works the counter there really needs to adjust fire and what I mean by that is I'm a veteran. I waited in line because I had a package that says it was held there and instead of waiting on me because there was a line and I had stood in line. She let me wait. I understand that maybe she was alone, but I'd like to make a complaint to the postmaster... This was uncalled for especially to treat a veteran

These ratings that you see are up to par with the experience you will have. I wish I would have seen this before. The one of the ladies at the front either has cognitive difficulties which is not a problem by any means, but then it is inappropriate for her to be working in the position she is in. It is either that or she knew she made a mistake and pretended not to remember me. I was sending a letter that was wrongly packaged, she informed me so and I made the corrections that were needed. I then asked her multiple times if she was sure that the letter was fine as I did not mind making the needed corrections. She assured me the letter was fine. The letter never made it to its destination. When I went back to find out what had had happened she acted like she could not recall the situation which by no means was long ago. I also needed to drop off something while inquiring about the letter and she just nitpicked me for the entire interaction. If you are sending something important somewhere, do not go through this office or make sure that you insure it.

Constantly have mail delivered to the wrong address, currently I have a missing bill that needs to be paid soon...I have an inquiry in with USPS, but who knows how long that will take to resolve.This is seriously getting out of hand, thankfully I have USPS Informed Delivery to let me know that I was SUPPOSED to receive the new MESA bill for our municipal ambulance coverage. Thanks for nothing.

Still the worst post office I've ever had to use. Can't read addresses clearly marked on mail boxes. I literally had mine marked on all sides, including underneath and inside on all walls including the lid. Still can't deliver the mail right.If I had to mail a million dollars cash and had my choice between the Elizabethtown post office and a Mexican drug cartel controlled mail carrier, I would choose the drug cartel Everytime.

Wow, my husband just had his package delivered to someone else house. Even though, clearly it was not the right address. He went into the post office and they said they just delivered it to anyone on our street.

3 stars because Pam is extremely HOT! But the other idiot at the counter is an absolute idiot. Extremely slow! NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN!
