Never pick up trash on day given. Trucks are broken down. But they just got new trucks and trash receptacles what’s up !! I’m really close to ending their service. This is not 1 time it’s been all year so frustrated.

We left another company because of poor service and continually rising prices each quarter. We switched to another company and Casella bought our provider. We are right back to the same issue. Poor service and continually rising prices. The added bonus is that there are now new fees on top the rising prices.
