I think the process they have for the lack of staffing is going well. However, there have been times when they tell you medication isn't available or will be here on the truck tomorrow then a week goes by and you still don't have your blood pressure medicine. So, with that being said better communicate.

Fully staffed, greeted with “Be right with you, hon.” This was my second attempt to pick up this script and got the same greeting the first time and no one moved to provide service, so I left. This time, a staff person seeing my expression prompted her colleagues to come to the counter. Waiting to check out and she keeps saying “You have to sign first”. She had no idea what she’s doing and no customer service skills. Ordered CoVid tests, went to the service counter, rang the bell and a woman setting in the corner reading a book asked what I wanted. Until I told her she made no effort to put down her book or move toward the counter. She held the bag out to me and I noticed she wasn’t wearing a name tag so I couldn’t identify her for the effort put out on my behalf. If my insurance and CVS weren’t the same company I’d never do business there.

I was appalled and disappointed, that My local CVS bathroom could be this repulsive!? Especially during these COVID time’s, that your Customer’s deserve so much better than this!

Convenient location. Has a drive thru, which is great right now with everyone trying to social distance.
