The pharmacist refused to fill my prescription 1 day early. I believe his name is severcool. I explained to him that my family and I were supposed to go to the beach for the week and he admitted that he could fill it but that he wouldnt. My medication is health sustaining. I have to have it. The law says I can get it filled two days early and I have been doing that for 7 months with no issues. It is a 30 day supply. Today is day 29. FYI the script is not for oxys or any of that junk. My family is furious. I have to now wait for my prescription and then drive down to beach myself instead of riding down with my family. Also missing two days of vacation. This guy literally went out of his way to give me a hard time. Feel free to reach out to me for details. Go to another pharmacy.

Normal CVS. No issues except when dropping off a UPS package they do not print a label for you via QR code or anything. I had to have a label printed from my mobile device on their photo printers and it took 30+ minutes for me to do it as the kiosk's were super slow.

Absolutely horrible! I took my 4 month old daughter to urgent care two days ago and they sent a script to cvs to be filled. I called the day after and they said they don’t have it in stock and would order it for next day. I call today and they say they have it so my fiancé heads over there to pick it up only for them to say they didn’t have it. Said they tried calling my phone to let us know but didn’t leave a voicemail!!!! I’m glad it’s not a life or death situation but is still a medication that should have been started sooner rather than later. I will not be filling my scripts at this location. Also their customer service is horrendous!

This is my main pharmacy. The only complaint I have is they don't have medications needed in stock at times and will keep telling you it'll be here tomorrow. Otherwise, staff is great. Love using the drive through for the pharmacy.

Poorly stocked. No store personnel on sales floor, stocking or at registers. Store rewards say I have a certain amount to use, self check out applied a lesser amount. Rude people in pharmacy is the norm. Best pharmacist they had is no longer there. And my insurance says I should go there…or I definitely wouldn’t.

I’ve had some issues with the text messaging system for CVS, but the customer service here warrants 5 stars. I appreciate the staff here very much. Nick went above and beyond today to help me when staff in the doctor’s offices didn’t care at all. Thank you so much ❤️

After confirming receipt of my prescription and when it would be available, my husband went to pick it up ONLY TO FIND OUT NOT IN STOCK!! Why not tell me this when I had called a few hours prior? Note to self for next prescription - ask whether they have it in stock or not. Very disappointed.
