Kratzer Do It Best Hardware Store is a valuable resource in the community, offering a wide variety of hardware, paints, plumbing and electrical supplies, lawn and garden products, and tools. Customers appreciate the helpful and kind employees who are always ready to assist with questions and find the right items for their projects. The store is larger than many expect and provides many essentials, making it a preferred choice over larger chains like Lowe's or Home Depot. While some customers note that prices can be a bit higher, the convenience of having a local store that meets all hardware needs makes it worthwhile. The unique parking lot layout is mentioned as a minor issue but does not detract from the overall positive experience. Kratzer Hardware is highly recommended for anyone in need of hardware supplies.
