I have been having a terrible experience with the Elkins Park location. 1) Scheduling has been extremely difficult. It's very hard to get anyone on the phone to schedule my child's frequent check-ups for braces (the majority of the time, nobody answers the phone!), they are not friendly, and there is little availability. 2) Communication is poor. There was very little information communicated when the braces were initially put on about what to expect, rules to follow, etc. and the orthodontist didn't even come speak to me as the parent 3) After one check-up (when my child complained about how rough and unfriendly the hygienist was), we had to go back for a re-do after the braces started falling off afterward! 4) Unprofessional and not credible: there was a situation with my other child when they recommended a dental procedure. We called to schedule and they booked us. When they called a day before to confirm the appointment, I asked for more information about the procedure and they told me that she wasn't scheduled for that. They didn't even know what she was scheduled for! They never brought up the procedure again and she is now at a new dentist who doesn't see any issues.

Mind-Blowing kindness and skill. Very welcoming, and flexible with the little ones who hesitate for these types of things. Plus- top notch treatment. I highly recommend. Birdie can’t wait to see Jen again!!! 🙏

I love this location for my kiddos. Their service is top-notch with smiles, greetings, and good service. I also like the fact that we're never sitting long for our appointment times.

From making the appointment to check-out, 10/10 DEFINITELY RECOMMEND! Such a nice office on a beautiful tree-lined street, everyone was warm and welcoming. My kids actually enjoyed her visit! She loved the treats at the end. She also loved that the Dr knew she played basketball! Lol. Excellent experience. I called it the Target of Dentistry, it's a one stop shop. Lol

This review is for all the parents with children who don’t like going to the dentist! The entire staff at this practice in Elkins Park is fantastic. The front desk, the hygienists, and the dentists are all kind and really good with children. I have a 12-year-old who has gone here for three years and a two-year-old who is just getting started, and they’ve both had wonderful experiences, even on opposite ends of the age spectrum. Highly recommend.

i have been going to this dentist since i was in middle school , i am now a college student and plan on going to the adult side. everyone here is so friendly , they move quickly and efficiently , when i had my braces i never had any problems with them. not to mention they are very communicative about what is happening in my mouth. i would definitely recommend!

I’ve been with this dentist office since I was born. they’ve done my braces and cleanings perfectly! I never had any complaints in 16 years. Love the staff as well!
