I came to this branch to rent a vehicle, they didn’t have a vehicle that would fit my teenagers and their sports items but Sheree a sales associate was giving me stellar customer service. She calls another branch to see if a car pick up is available but for some reason Alani tells her that there is other work to be done and to let me find the vehicle myself, but isn’t this is a policy that Enterprise prides itself on? I asked why she had stopped the associate from offering customer service and she explained that other customers were waiting….. I explained that I had also patiently waited my turn when others were ahead of me as well. Unfortunately Alani wasn’t finished ensuring that I got the worst customer service, she continued to argue that she was her manager and could make that decision. She went on so much that I finally had to ask her Manager to get her to discontinue the conversation. She finally obliged but not before reminding me where to find her business card because she did not care about any review I may post. YUCK!! and more YUCK!! What I will say is Tim at the Williw Grove Enterprise located on 55 York Rd. gave me Top Tier Service after a TERRIBLE morning. Check them out if you need a rental and some good ole customer service?

“I rented a car from Enterprise and it was so smooth that I thought I was driving on butter. The car was so clean that I could see my reflection in the windshield. The staff was so friendly that I wanted to invite them to my birthday party. The only downside was that the car didn’t come with a built-in karaoke machine. I mean, how am I supposed to sing my heart out while driving? I had to bring my own karaoke machine and plug it into the cigarette lighter. But other than that, it was a great experience!” ???Thank you @ Alani Tompkins and Christopher Campbell

The good reviews are 100% accurate. That was by far the smoothest rental experience ever. Chris was great, and he looks like an actor. Maybe this was a commercial being filmed.

Used this location for an insurance claim rental... I dealt with the Manager "Chris" and his staff for a little over a month, with a couple of trade ins & trade ups ... Him and his staff were exceptionally PROFESSIONAL, all vehicles were always clean and mechanically sound (I've had issues in the past with other rental companies) and I was very appreciative and confident knowing my daily travels were going to be in a safe manner with no concerns... I would definitely rent from this location again and recommend to others as well...

These people that work here are unprofessional and liars and non disclosure of material facts that would cause further issues to a customer is a criminal act.July 16 on Sunday I got there and the manager made me wait from 9am till 11am to get a car.Several customers asked about a transponder and he said they did not have them anymore.I clearly asked about my Toll bill and he told me “You will receive an email with the charges and then pay for after.”But no that’s not what happened they charge your credit card directly without sending you a bill from the toll company as they claim. A couple if days later I seen that not only have they charged me but they charged me a 9.99 service fee.And the rudeness and unprofessionalism.When I returned the car the next day there was a guy called Matt and another Omar. Matt was a little snobbish that like he will not let you fully finish what and saying and was defending the service provided.July 28 th I rented and retuned on the 30 th.I clearly asked Omar again how is the toll going to be billed he stated “You will get a bill and then pay for it”Keep in mind that they only focus is to sell you insurance. I had my own liability insurance that I wanted to use but they will still tell you theirs give them full coverage and makes sure you initial right by that.So why did you not let me initial right by your 9.99 fee. I contacted the toll company and they stated that they do not charge a service fee. So I wanted to ask enterprise why are you stealing money from people, you do NOT provide a transponder so why you charging 9.99 and the fact that you bill my credit card directly is illegal. You said I was going to receive a bill and pay it.Now august 2nd and 10 I got charged 24.95 + 24.95So they have charged me 4 times $21, $21, 24.95, $24.95I have called and verified with the toll company and there’s are not their charges and it’s from enterprise.No wonder they are having a class Action lawsuit for illegally charging tolls to customers account.Where did you disclose these fees to me? Why did you not make me initial it. And the toll bill was never late or even sent to me as it was charged 2 days immediately after the rentals and this tells you enterprise has access to the toll system and abusing it and stealing money fromCustomers with no proof.Another legal action will be taken if you do not refund me the fees that’s not till I did not pass a toll booth 4 times at the same time.

I wasn't going to write this review but after giving it some thought it was warranted. I did a last minute reservation hoping to luck up on a car at Elkins park Enterprise, I told the rental agent clerk girl I was there to pick up a car she look up my reservation reminded me I just booked it this morning I agreed blah blah, I asked if anything was available she said a mini cooper and another small car I declined and inquired about the Cadillac that was out there, her response was that's way more expensive. "lol Okay" She goes to the back an converse with the rental clerk dude and they come to the front and she ask me if I could verify my current employment status because I'm using a corporate account to reserve this rental, "remember a rental they don't have because I declined the mini cars" so if it's nothing to rent me why are they asking me to verify my employment so I ask why because this has never happened before, rental clerk dude says it policy. I remind him I just rented a car for a month; he looks it up and says oh you rented on a Sunday last time and the employee was new! What do that have to do with today I don't know. But whatever smoke screen they were putting up to not rent the Cadillac was obvious, both of these clerks who claim to be management need better communication and customer service skills and more training, better yet they need to be FIRED!!!

The manager of the Cheltenham “Matt” is a horrible customer service professional. He was rude, talked over me and refused to give us any answers referring to my reservation. I have never had these types of issues renting a vehicle, which is something I do regularly for work. Horrible service!

I was discriminated against by the Caucasian guy, Evan. The branch manager, a black man defended his actions. I have observed how the black branch manager treats black women differently than other races of women while I waited for 20 minutes just to return a car.

Thanks to all staff that helped us in a time in need because our vehicle was almost stolen. We rented an SUV while our vehicle was being repaired .

From the moment I walked into the branch, George greeted me with a warming welcoming smile. He listened attentively to my needs and provided me with valuable information about the various car options available to me. He was patient and helpful as I asked questions and made my selection. So I would highly recommend Enterprise Rent a car and George's service to anyone in need of a car rental service.

This place really lacks customer service skills. Don’t confirm reservations for cars you don’t have (not even anything similar) and then when the person gets there you tell them they’ll have to take a more expensive car. No, give me another car for the same price since YOU confirmed the reservation not me.

I made reservations for a prom for a suburban, or Yukon , I received a call a day before to confirm, went in the next day May 12,2023 pick up no suburban or Yukon. They said they call me to let me know and said we call around for one ,sorry no one have one , lie to me. Never call me and never call around for one, I left call another enterprise and got one within a hour. Just saying the enterprise on 1627 w cheltenham ave are not professionals . Just don’t lie. Could have really call me , I would have call another place myself , waited for me to drive down there to tell me .
