I cannot say enough nice things about the positive experience I had with Sloane Moving. I’ve had some pretty sketchy movers in the past, but these guys were the total opposite. Jeff and Sean were professional, personable, worked hard, got the job done faster than I expected, and fairly priced. They also pretty much defied the laws of gravity getting our sofa out of a tiny apartment. Sloane came highly recommended and it is very evident why. I hope to never have to move again but if I do, I’m calling these guys!

Patrick and Conner took very good care of my long distance move to North Carolina. Their workers went above and beyond with my move as well. The price was effective, the move was smooth and the end result was I will recommend them to anyone that is looking for moving or storage. Excellent place and excellent workers

We purchased a 780 pound marble carving in Viet Nam. The delivery company dropped it outside the house and we had no way to get it inside. We called our old moving company and they said it was too heavy. Sloane said they could do it, and they did! They were very careful protecting the floor as they shifted this very heavy object into place. This was a very unique move, and the team from Sloane handled it well.

I used to drive past Sloane moving on my way to work everyday and would see them all out there early in the morning getting ready to head out. When I was planning my move, I knew I wanted to check them out. They seemed serious about their stuff. The email communications I had with Connor about the estimate, and some other questions I had about the move were answered promptly. I moved yesterday, and they arrived a few minutes before the 8am scheduled time. Two gentleman arrived to move my stuff. I apologize that I forgot to get their names, but they were absolutely wonderful and made short work of moving my stuff out of my old apartment. I was in a really small apartment but they were done in a little over an hour I believe. On the other end at my new place was more of the same. They were mindful of my belongings and consistently checked in to see where I wanted things placed in my new apartment. They worked double hard as my new place has a second floor with a VERY steep staircase and were still willing to lug some VERY heavy stuff up there. They did an amazing job and while I forgot to ask their names, I hope you can tell who they were based on my name. They did really great, and deserve some kudos. The icing on the cake was I was charged less than the estimate because they moved things so quickly! I would definitely use Sloane Moving again! And would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

Hello! I’ve been remiss in doing my review, but I hope what I say makes up a little bit for that. 😊
Sloane moving is THE BEST moving company we have ever had!! We have moved numerous times but Sloane by far, excelled in every aspect of a very trying time in our lives! I cannot find my list of names but when I do, I will come back on to update because each and every employee deserves the recognition of not only a job well done, but I felt like we made friends with the guys during the process. They helped me make the quick decisions I sometimes struggled to make , which worked to both our advantages. The gentleman who was the foreman excelled at being clear on what they needed us to do to keep things moving smoothly. And each worker did the same. We were happy to accommodate to whatever the guys needed to allow for a constant flow of in and out.
How these gentlemen do this job day after day is beyond what I can comprehend.. clearly they are related to SUPERMAN, because every one of them were Super Men!
Thank you Sloan’s for hiring such Professionals… I hope they are still with you and that you compensate them well for ALL they do to represent your company in such a positive way! .. And thanks for helping to make this move the best yet! I hated to see the guys go…. And how many Moving companies can you say THAT about ?!? 😊

Professional, on time and efficient. They did not break a single item out of my packed 28' truck. Tyrone and his crew went above and beyond for me and got the job done safely, efficiently and were pleasure to be around. If I ever move again, they will be my first call! Highly recommend!

We used Sloane Moving 6 years ago to move to Maine. When we decided to move back, they were the only company we contacted to bring us back. We were so thankful they were willing to do the trip in reverse. Anthony and the crew were absolutely great...he even remembered us from the previous move! I can't speak highly enough of this company.

We had an outstanding experience with Sloane. Jeff and his crew loaded our house in Ohio in less than 4 hours, and unloaded at our new house in PA in less than 3.5 hours! Very professional, well-organized, and none of our belongings were damaged. Highly recommend!
