Do not go to this location. I had multiple billing issues as a new customer. I was told phone was free as a new customer, but 30 days later when bill came I was charged! I also had an issue with "free watch." Don't fall for their scams! They even say you may see charges in first bill, but then it will correct. Absolute liars and dishonest scammers!Beware

One of the worst and rudest customer service experience ever. The rude manager, Shane, was basically constantly asking me to buzz off. He was sitting unhelpfully the whole time while his employee Deborah was running around helping multiple customers. I was simply trying to get my new phone activated, something that my wife and mother had done successfully at TMobile stores in Detroit and Atlanta. But Shane could not be bothered to get off his seat to help. He interrupted me twice, and getting him to do his job was like pulling teeth. Wasn't too kind to his employee either. I am never going to this store again.

I was told by a t-Mobile expert over the phone to go into the store with my ID if I wanted to get my passcode reset I went into the store and they told me that I couldn’t do it and that I needed to call customer service the young Latina lady that was working there today was no help I went in there to pay my bill buy an iPhone and reset my passcode and her little smart remarks about my phone and why I shouldn't buy an iPhone was unprofessional I went to another store and they helped me out and changed my passcode with no problem I never had to call customer service 3/26/22 time in store 1:50pm

I switched from Sprint to T-Mobile at this location and it was nothing short of a nightmare. They were trying to get a sale that they lied about what I was actually getting. They promised I was getting the exact plan I had with Sprint but instead they doubled my bill. I then called the location and they proceeded to tell me that T-Mobile customer service told me wrong. I was able to switch with a lovely phone representative back to my previous plan. I would pass on this location.

I was unaware that T-Mobile sales associates showed preferential treatment to their friends. Yesterday two sales associates refused to sell me an iPhone. Told me they didn’t have any in stock and then proceeded to sell the phones they didn’t have to their friend that came in the store moments later. Very disappointing. Terrible customer service. I will be filing a complaint for inappropriate business practices with the BBB.

First time at this location. Was helped by Jerrick. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. If he wasn't sure of the answer to our question he double checked to make sure he was informing us properly. Very relaxed but ready to help which is appreciated.
