“I have got to give a huge shout out to all the staff in the service department here! Especially Coltyon (sp), Mike, and the management! From start to finish they were so professional and caring! When I called to get a price on all around brakes and rotors for my Jeep Grand Cherokee they took my number and looked up the parts specific to my vehicle and called me back with a quote. I scheduled the appointment for service and when they were all said and done they called me to pick it up. However the price had increased from the original quote so I asked about it. The amazing folks down there honored the original quote and were so nice about it. They explained the discrepancy and discovered it was an unfortunate misquote on their price and they STILL did the honorable thing and charged me the better price! I am highly impressed with the customer service I received here and will totally be looking for my next car here too as a result! Thank you!”
