The lady that helped me set everything up was nice and knowledgeable.but there no way it takes this long to cash a check I deposited it on the15th it's now the 23rd update after an hour on the phone the check will clear the 29th what a joke stay far from this bank 14 days to clear a check for 1400

I have always been treated very well at the Franklyn Twp Office. Have had more than one account at the bank at one time over the years. Would not change.

The employees here are VERY rude to their customers. Its everytime you go in and everyone of them. Must be a horrible place to work because how don't you have 1 friendly person working there? Use any other bank!!!

Disabled combat veteran .. have had acount in Franklin twp for over 25 years.. all my kids have them.. they took half my disability check by mistake.. going thru va.. was told to contact them.. dick the manager was supposed to calll me back 3 times.. has yet to do so!! Unreal!! Even the girls there all agree it was an error! Why won’t he call me? Because I am a vet!!

Rude employees and extremely slow service. If you use the drive thru expect to be there for 15-20 mins. I sat today for 20 mins and was the only car at the drive thru.

Had an issue with my account and was told I needed to speak with the manager. She was to call me Monday morning for she was not in on Friday. She never called so I called her. I believe her name was Rachel. I have been with Wesbanco/Esb for over 20 years, never really had an issue with anyone working there. Loved Tom Campbell, the former manager by the way, great customer service, home town guy that knew everyone and treated everyone with respect. This lady.....so rude, talked over me, talked down to me and had zero customer service skills. I'm wondering how she is the manager, seems to me she needs a refresher course on how to treat customers. Even if the answer to my question was not what I wanted, there was a much better way of handling it than being rude. Definitely has changed my view of Wesbanco. Not only have I been a customer for over 20 years, all three of my daughters bank there also. I hate to go through the hassle of changing banks, especially to a bigger name bank, but the ESB is gone and so is the great customer service that went with it ........

I wanted to open an account and they said it would be a 9 day hold on a social security check what a joke pnc was only 2 days and first national was 1 don't waste your time on this place
