As a female I am disappointed that the male staff (Andrew) did not help me carry out a heavy item. I am here often for my boss, normally staff helps me carry heavy items out or if I have multiple large items, but not this time.

Thanks for nothing. Needed a part, guy on the phone convinced me not to pick part up in Pottstown told me he could have it at the store next day at NOON. I show up at 4PM no one has any idea I even made an order or talked to someone. Needless to say parts not there but it is still at the store it was supposed to be shipped from! Just an HOUR round trip half way to Reading in Douglassville…. THIS IS WHY I NEVER ORDER ANYTHING I PICK IT UP IN PERSON…. just what I was looking forward too after working all day in 95° heat

This store is excellent. We had an extremely helpful associate Larry go above and beyond to help us. Anymore It is rare to find such a great employee. The store is very lucky to have him I will recommend to everyone I know.

The employees are always nice and friendly. But some go above and beyond. I happened to have my brakes fail when I was going to the Walmart in the same general area; it wasn’t until I went to pop my hood; but was met by an absolutely broken and dangling hood release, and couldn’t figure out how to fix or make work, and took a chance that an employee could help me. They’re a parts store; not a garage, so I was expecting a typical “sorry but we’re not a garage” or something like that. Instead, an employee came out to my car and finagled it and got the hood to pop; he the showed me how to do it and tried to fix it. While he couldn’t because the bolt that holds it in place simply despawned. But he did get it in its correct position. As a woman and a widow to a back yard mechanic; this autozone always makes me feel like I belong in there.

The store manager, Jose, and the employee that worked with me, Larry, were extremely kind and helpful. They replaced my car battery and got me the lowest prices at checkout. I felt as though they made sure to make my day better. Their positive attitude and dedication to customer satisfaction was absolutely amazing. As someone who does not know a lot about cars, I will be back here if I need any help with my vehicle! Thank you for your assistance!

Jose the store manager was extremely helpful. Tested my battery, cleaned the terminals, verified a good connection, checked alternator health - all with an excellent attitude and great customer service.

Probably the only and best place to shop for your auto parts locally. I wouldn't trust any other AutoZone or any other parts stores. Chris Post, Cole, Andrew, Jen and Mike in commercial are all aces. If they don't have the part you're looking for they'll get it for you.

Most importantly the high caliber of expert parts sales personnel at this location is phenomenal. When Miranda, Gino, Andy, Joey and Dusty were working there, now that was the A Team of retail parts selling.
Moral of the story when you walk in there look for the bald guy doing all the work in that store. Dude's name is Chris Post. He runs an impeccable store and it shows

They have quite a bit of parts in stock and as a shade tree mechanic I feel the quality is decent as well. The rewards program is very nice too as I have saved some money over the years.
One downside is you need to do your own outside research because not every employee is going to be knowledgeable about fixing vehicles.

Was passin’ on thru, and guess what? GINO IS THE BEST HANDS DOWN! He is the perfect gentleman and always helping everyone selflessly. He loves to save people time AND MONEY! I’ve known Gino forever, come in and see him. He’ll take good care of you. I hope they promote him to manager or even store manager!! He deserves it and deserves a raise and or a bonus!!! He is loyal to the company and to the customers. Thanks again doll face ?

About every other time I go there they give me the wrong part and I have to go back for the right one. Happened to me today with wheel studs and when I returned they said they only have 1 in stock. If I wanted all 4 studs they said I had to drive to a whole other location. I’ll be ordering all parts online from now on and I recommend you do the same. Auto Zone is a scam just look at their prices compared to online.
