Our heat pump stopped working around noon today. I called Boyd at 1 PM. It is now 2:40 PM and it is FIXED. Can't say enough about their customer service. They are the best. Highly recommend them for installation and/or service.

Replaced our entire hvac system with gas furnace/ Coleman AC back in October .Reasonable prices, did a great job on install. Used AC first time this week. System works flawlessly. A++ . will use again.

I have been a Boyd Heating and Cooling customer for a long time. I was completely sold when they came out and fixed a problem with my furnace that my prior HVAC company was unable to diagnose and fix. Their customer service is top notch from the office staff and technicians. The owner, himself, has called me back when I had questions. Cannot say enough great things about them all!

We have been using Boyd's since we moved into our home in 2014. Over the years they have replaced our geothermal system, hot water heaters and did some simpler annual maintenance for us. They come when they say they are coming and charge reasonable prices. Just last week our AC stopped working and while it was no emergency (we certainly could live without it till they could fit us in) they were right out and made the repair.Services: A/C system maintenance

Since moving to the Chesco area we used Boyd for heater service done by Jon and also to install central ac in our home and the installation was superb! Jon and the techs were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and courteous on the install as well as Brandon was great getting the estimate and scheduling done.Yesterday upon hearing a "noise" from the AC unit I called and they were able to send a technician out the same afternoon who was Dave. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. He knew immediately what the problem was and had it fixed within 15-20 minutes explaining it to me as well. We will use Boyd for all of our HVAC services and would definitely recommend them. They are a top notch great company. Reasonable pricing, professional, friendly and knowledgeable technicians and office staff too.

I cannot say enough good things about this group. We've used Boyd's to service our oil burner and replace one of our heat pumps and then just recently they replaced the remaining 4 heat pumps with a nice 4 zone split system. Brandon was knowledgeable and professional when working with me on the estimate. He was flexible when I requested some changes, even later in the process. Jon and the installation crew were here for several days. They took their time and the installation is neat and professional. They were polite and courteous and we didn't mind having them in our home. Jon and crew even finished wiring my breaker box which they did not have to do.Do not hesitate to call these guys. When it recently got hot out I realized an earlier near miss with a lightening strike took out our AC thermostat as well as other appliances. Called Boyd to make an appointment. One of their techs finished his day early and after a call, came to us. Probably nothing they can promise everyday but we had same day service. Thanks.Service: A/C system maintenance

No appointments evenings or weekend. Unable to schedule seasonal service after the season started. Very disappointing.

We just had Central Air with emergency heat system put in. They gave a quote, scheduled the work and everything went exactly as they planned. The guys worked hard and fast, they did nice work and everything looks and works great. I like the fact they are a local family business. We are very happy with the value and quality of the system. Excellent company and highly recommended.

Noticed water leaking in the basement coming from the a/c system at 3:30 pm on a Friday. ( heat index 100) Called Boyd, they said they could get to me on Monday. 10 minutes later, received a call that a technician had finished a job early and was on his way! This was 4 PM ON A FRIDAY! Drake the tech, could not have been nicer or more professional, fixed the problem in an hour. Thank you Ruth and Drake. John came too Malvern to help my Mother with the heat system. We had another service out NUMEROUS times and only got big bills, no fixed heater.John went above and beyond. The system is working flawlessly. Could not be happier !!! Great service and courteous service.Thank you John !!!
