RAW CHEESE- SCREW the GOVERNMENT. I get their cheese at my local farmers market. Its all I use. Excellent stuff and glad they use raw milk to make their cheese. Their plane cheddar is the best. Not a huge fan of some of the other flavored cheeses like bay cheddar, but thats just personal preference.

I have been buying their awesome cheese for years!!! And now they have unbelievably great ice cream !!! Great simple ingredients unlike ice cream you buy at the supermarket that's loaded with Alot of artificial ingredients.

A sweet little hole-in-the-wall. Just a farm that has a shed with some cheeses, yogurts, smoothies, and raw milk. The owner was very nice and the cheese and delicious. Very reasonable prices.
