Absolutely. Awful experience with the paint lady in the paint department today, ignorant incompetent and straight lied in my face, making up excuses about it being illegal, too break up inventory and refuse to check her own device for stock number. Rude ignorant walked away, lied to my face.I'm gonna try to follow up with management

Come here all of the time and find most people to be extremely helpful, especially in the paint section. However, wish they'd fix the system to correctly ring up discounted plants and such.

Elverson Lowes Chester county PA is the best place to go for shopping. The stuff very well educated and knowledgeable about products . I have many friends who have been to Elverson and all of them same opinion. Iam Led Paint Renovator for old buildings , also I do refurbishing antique furniture, trust me I need always some specific things and those people assisting me perfectly. Definitely my recommendation!

If I could give any lower, I would.
This store sucks. All of the items in the store cost more than the ones on the website for starters.
The store website and the in store locations do not match at all.
The staff here give you a cold shoulder even if you approach them.
God forbid you get anything installed at home by them because they won't install it correctly or tell you that you need more parts for it that you don't have. Instead, they'll just install it improperly and let you find out later it's missing a component you need or just leave actual parts it needs left off it.

By far the best Lowe's I have ever visited in my life. Forget about home Depot!!! Come to this store you'll never go to Home Depot again. I even go out of my way to shop at this Lowe's specifically. Kevin in tools really knows his stuff he's Aces, I can't thank him more for his help he has given me. George in plumbing, nothing but awesome tips from him as well. John in flooring, he hooked me up with my whole house getting fresh carpet. I think I spent 12 grand but he took really took care of me, and help me select the best padding and bulk carpet for the best price. Everybody that walks in my house loves the carpet.
Thanks again Kevin, John , and George you're all doing amazing jobs.
Jess and Dawn definitely need to hook you all up with some positive reinforcement to share with among your peers.

Best experience I've had at Lowes in my life. Two guys asked me what I needed help finding, didn't have it, they looked it up on the app and checked surrounding stores for me and gave me the address of the stores. Fantastically helpful guys, thank you!!

I like the Lowes in Morgantown. The people there are always helpful.we went there yesterday. If you need plants they have plenty and tge a healthy and well watered and trimmed. We need dill for our butterfly's and they have a bunch

Sold me a returned open box item missing pieces as if it was a new item. It was clearly opened and retaped with. It appears that the Lowe's staff failed to inspect the return, restocked it to the shelf and sold it as new. A complete waste of my time.
