Gordon and Aiden are the only two employees I know by name. All staff is knowledgeable and eager to assist customers. I have been to other T Mobile stores and this is by far the most helpful.

My husband and I went into T Mobile in Elverson yesterday. We were having a few issues with our phones. Ryan and Aidan quickly and plesantly resolved all issues. HIighly recommend!

Jordan was a HUGE help in having our phone fixed. I would highly recommend him he was very helpful and kind when the call center would not listen to what was going on. I would 100% rather go in the store and have them help than call in ever again! Thanks for being so great at the elverson store!

I picked up my warranty replacement phone today. Jordan and his staff are very knowledgeable. They answered all my questions concerning the transfer. Highly recommend Elverson T Mobile.

Had to update my Sim cards from sprint to TMobile. After reading reviews of the local stores, I decided the extra drive time was worth it. I was soooo right! Excellent customer service! Answered all of my questions. I feel bad that I didn't get their names, but the gentleman and lady that helped us were friendly and informative. They have earned all the good reviews!

My husband and I wanted to switch over our plan to t-mobile. We had a bad experience at another t-mobile store and when we arrived to this one the manager Ryan was super explanatory and offered us great customer service. He went over everything and went over it honestly. He answered all of our questions as my husband and I aren't very tech savy. I'm all about great customer service since it's hard to find these days and Ryan went above and beyond that. I would definitely recommend this specific location to anyone !

Seth & Nelson were awesome!! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Helped establish our home internet account flawlessly. Seth even tried to help with another cell issue but sadly couldn't but that didn't stop him from giving us contacts of who possibly could and telling us to come back I we didn't get anywhere. You guys rock!!!

I went to the store asking for a 3 week tourist data plan. I asked the guy if they sell it and if not that is okay and I'll find it somewhere else. He assured me that they had it but was busy trying to selling another person a phone than focus on one person at a time. I was happy waiting but he continued to try and do too many things at once. He sold me the wrong plan and I went back the next day to try and get the one i wanted. The guy the next day was extremely rude saying he can't do anything. He called his boss to ask what to do. He talked to his boss on the phone in front of us. and his boss told him to give us a refund and take the wrong sim back. he ended the call and looked me dead in the eyes and said there is nothing I can do for you and continued to help the other people in the store. He would not even help us figure out how to use the sim a bought to try and get my moneys worth of it. If I were you go to a different store where maybe they will listen to what the customer wants and not focus on making sales.

Stopped in yesterday with a question regarding my Sprint phone now being T-Mobile and Seth helped me in no time. Talked with Tim and Ryan, the other reps in the store, and were very friendly in the situation. Walked out with a new Sim in my phone and a new card to put in my wife's phone when I got home. Both of us are up and running with the new network and didn't miss a beat. Thanks guys, we found our new go to store.

I am receiving a bill that should have been cancelled months ago when I switched services. I tried calling customer service, but because my pin was not working, I had to go to a store. So now I’m at the store waiting 40minutes now for a rep to pick up so I can take care of this bill and I’m still on hold! Now they know why I switched!

I was there a week ago, I had Seth. This was the best experience I’ve had with T mobile. Ryan was also working that evening. Very friendly and helpful. We chatted while the phones switched and the time passed quickly. Great job guys, you are amazing with your customers.
